To make the experience comfortable and minimize spending hours driving, you can choose to cover the West (Sete Cidades, Mosteiros, Ferraria hot springs) and Center of the Island (Lagoa do Fogo, Vila Franca, Ribeira Grande, Tea and Pineapple plantations; etc.); or the East (all of Furnas area, Ribeira dos Caldeirões waterfalls) and the Center. You will cover a lot of beautiful roads and views along the way - lush green fields, cows, flowers, ocean and cliffs, and plenty of stops to enjoy them.

Bathing on hot springs or stopping for lunch is possible although expenses are not included, and please note these activities take about 1h30 of the itinerary.
